I started in Tae Kwon do at the West YMCA in June of 1981 and began teaching in 1983. Having gained the status of Master Instructor in 1995, Ensing Institute of Tae Park Tae Kwon Do was started. I have been teaching through Rockford Community Education since1997. I tested for Senior Master Instructor November 2008.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Susan Lofquist: 6th Dan Senior Master Instructor<br \/>\n<em>Master Susan Lofquist has been a student of Tae Park Tae Kwon Do since 1990 under the instruction of Senior Master Constance Ensing. She achieved the rank of Master Instructor in 2004. She has traveled to Peru three times and been an international corner judge, assistant team coach and team manager. In 2000 she was Women&#8217;s Assistant Coach on the trip to Beijing,China. She has been to Korea on two occasions to represent Grand Master Park and his organization at the Hamandang and the World Taekwondo Cultural Expo. She coached the Tae Park Womens Tournament team for 2 years . She taught martial arts on the Grand Valley State University, Allendale campus from 1997 thru 2009, and operated classes in Walkerville, Hart, Pentwater, Davenport University and Caledonia.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mr. Lemon Williams: 6th Dan Senior Master Instructor<br \/>\n<em>Started Taekwondo in 1999 under the instruction of Master Susan Lofquist. Selected to the Tae Park Taekwondo Tournament Team in 2001. Has been coach of the Tae Park Taekwondo Demonstration Team since 2010.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Karen Benchich: 4th Dan Master Instructor<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Maureen Carmody: 4th Dan Master Instructor<br \/>\n<em>I began practicing Tae Kwon Do in 1996 under Senior Master Constance Ensing, 6th Dan, along with my three sons, all of whom achieved the rank of 1st Dan. I have been teaching since 2005, and have been the Tournament Admissions Coordinator since 2017. I achieved the rank of 4th Dan Master Instructor in 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ms. Virginia Engelke: 3rd Dan Instructor &#8211; Lofquist Institute<br \/>\nMrs. Rita Carmody: 3rd Dan Instructor &#8211; Ensing Institute<br \/>\nMs. Alesha Gensler: 3rd Dan Instructor &#8211; Lofquist Institute<br \/>\nMrs. Katelyn Krzywonos: 3rd Dan Instructor &#8211; Ensing Institute<br \/>\nMr. Eric Veen: 3rd Dan Instructor &#8211; Ensing Institute<br \/>\nMr. Scott Beers: 3rd Dan Instructor &#8211; Ensing Institute<br \/>\nMr. Andrew Mueller: 3rd Dan Instructor &#8211; Lofquist Institute<\/p>\n<p>Mr. George Tyndall: 2nd Dan Instructor &#8211; Ensing Institute<br \/>\n<em>Mr. George Tyndall&#8217;s love of Korean Martial Arts began in 1990 when he was introduced to Tae Kwon Do and Taekkyon while living in South Korea. He has been a student of Tae Park Tae Kwon Do since 2001 under the instruction of Senior Master Constance Ensing. He achieved the rank of 1st Dan in 2004 and 2nd Dan in 2007. He has served as an officer in the Ensing\/Lofquist Black Belt Association and has been a contestant, referee and corner judge at the annual Tae Park World Class Tae Kwon Do Tournaments and Michigan State Games.
